Monthly allocations expire at the end of each paid period. We use monthly allocation before topups. Repeats in the same search mode, held matches and failed deliveries use no candidate units. USD, billed monthly; any applicable tax appears before payment. Change tiers after the current paid term ends.
What makes a candidate qualified?
A match must have source evidence for your task and a public business contact route. Affiliates need commission-promotion evidence; creators need attributable relevant content; B2B leads need a named professional and an explicit role at a matching business.
Are business emails verified?
The unit is a qualified candidate, not a verified email. Each result links to an available public business route. A public contact page does not verify deliverability or guarantee a reply.
What happens when a search returns fewer matches?
Only new qualified candidates actually delivered use your allocation. Repeated identities within the same task mode, held results, failed checks and missing candidates use no units. A small or interrupted search can return fewer than requested.
Can I keep using purchased topups if I cancel?
Yes. Subscribers can buy 500 additional candidates for $49. These purchased units never expire and remain usable after cancellation. Your monthly allocation lasts until the paid period ends and does not roll over.
Does FindRove send outreach?
Searching, reviewing, saving and exporting never contact anyone. You decide who to approach, using the available public business channel and your own message.
Can I export or delete my data?
Export your shortlist as CSV or request an account data export in settings. You can also delete your account there. Source pages may change, so review them again before contacting a match.
